Melina is a great listener and gave me affirmations where I needed them most. Her questions reveal facts about yourself you may not have come to realize before, and she makes sure you are leaving the session with an actionable step in place. There was never any judgement. The affirmations and advice she gave resonated deeply with me and spoke a lot to her own worldview and experiences, which I greatly admire.
